JAPAN FESTIVAL Every year, the Japan-America Society of Houston hosts a festival to pays a sincere tribute to Japan. Located in Hermann Park (adjacent to the Japanese Garden), our festival provides access to volumes of crafts, a wide variety of food, continuous martial art demonstrations and an almost endless series of entertainment for the family. Our festivals are usually held in April of each year (for one weekend). Our average attendance is over 20,000 people and admission is free.
