The Annual Japan Festival Every year, our society hosts a Japan Festival in the center of Houston - Hermann Park. Nearly 20,000 people visit our festival. For an entire weekend, the festival grounds are packed with excitement while continuous performances of Japanese music and the martial arts dominates nearby stages. The annual Japan Festival also provides a wide assortment of interest from local vendors and restaurants while festival volunteers perform in the Japanese garden (adjacent to the festival itself). This year, we are celebrating our 18th year hosting the Japan Festival. JASH is very proud of our festival and welcomes everyone to experience the Japanese culture first hand. There is no admission fee. This year, our festival will be held on April 9th and 10th 2011. For more information, please visit our official Japan Festival Website: |
