About Fang Ji:

Fang Ji is a Japanese instructor and tutor at Japan-American society of Houston (JASH). She also teaches Japanese and Chinese at Lone Star College. She has taught Japanese and Chinese to a variety of students at all levels.

Fang Ji specializes in East Asian Language Pedagogy and Modern Japanese Literature. She received her B.A. and M.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

In addition to teaching, Fang Ji works as a translator, interpreter, and editor for different publishers and companies. She currently assists in publishing an online magazine on Japanese culture for JASH.
